Terms of Service

VidoLeads is an independent intermediary. We help identify relevant YouTube creators and introduce them to publishers and distributors that may be interested in syndication or distribution partnerships.

Once an introduction is made, any communication, negotiation, agreement, payment, or outcome between a creator and a publisher or distributor is solely between those parties. VidoLeads is not a party to those arrangements and is not responsible for them.

We do not guarantee introductions, acceptance, revenue, earnings, audience growth, or any particular result. Any participation, syndication, or commercial terms are subject to separate agreements made directly between the relevant parties.

You agree to use the VidoLeads website and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the service. If you use our platform behind login, you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Submitting an interest form or receiving outreach does not create a binding partnership with VidoLeads. Platform access for publishers and distributors may be offered on a subscription basis. Pricing and billing terms will be provided separately before any charge is made.

VidoLeads may contact YouTube creators using publicly available business contact information to offer relevant introductions. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying to an outreach email, emailing yaly@vidoleads.com, or using our Unsubscribe / Opt-out page.

VidoLeads branding, website content, and software are owned by VidoLeads or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without permission. You retain ownership of your own content and materials.

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidoLeads disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

We are not responsible for the content, conduct, offerings, or performance of any creator, publisher, distributor, or other third party introduced through the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidoLeads will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or services or from any dealings between you and a third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel, unless mandatory law in your country requires otherwise.
